Blaze Away heat logs are produced from pure woodchip with no additives. They have an average moisture content of 10% and are suitable for all wood burning appliances and due to being so dry, provide very high heat output and a convenient source of heat for occassional burning or overnight burning on stoves. The beauty of this product is that every log is identical - homogenous logs that will not vary from one to the other. All the wood is softwood, FSC certified and sourced from Sustainable British Woodland. Caution! These logs do expand so it is recommended they are broken into two before placing on the fire. Particular care is needed when using on an open fire. Never leave your open fire unattended.
